Call Center

CrimsonLogic’s Call Center Helpdesk is the first-stop contact point for customers needing technical assistance when using our solutions and services.

The call center also provides problem logging for all solutions after office hours and the recorded problems that are not on 24 hours support will be attended to on the next working day. The Call Centre is ISO9001 certified so customers can rest assured that our approach to handling and resolving theirs problems complies with international standards.

Data Center

In support of its worldwide operations , CrimsonLogic has a state-of-the-art data center within its Singapore office, housing all supporting computer systems and equipment for every level of the business.

Understanding that physical and data security are vital to the business operations of its customers, CrimsonLogic has established measures to ensure the security of its equipment and more importantly, its customers’ data. The data center is monitored round the clock and comes equipped with proper detection and suppression systems to detect and resolve any environmental discrepancies.

Disaster Recovery

CrimsonLogic has an extensive Disaster Recovery Capacity (DRC) to ensure that its customers’ operations are not disrupted. Should a major catastrophe occur, the DRC will see to the timely availability of all resources that are necessary to operate critical business processes at an acceptable level till it gets the operations up and running again in the shortest timeframe possible.

Security

Due to the nature of its business, security is top priority. CrimsonLogic has in place stringent security measures to ensure that security is never compromised. These include information security policy development to system vulnerability detection and intrusion testing. Such measures also ensure the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of all transactions.
